АОКМ 8000 М – Automated machine to dose and package yogurt in plastic containers with diameter 95mm.                 

The machine works with packages with diameter of 95mm., however the volume of the packages could be somewhere from 120gr. to 500gr. The dose is adjusted automatically with accuracy ± 2%. The capacity of the machine is 8 000 packages per hour. The operation is automated. The machine has a build-in sensor. The operation and the setting are done via a color touch-screen display.  

Contents of the machine:

•Conveyor belt – 20 containers; 

•Dosing system / non-foaming dosing – 20 containers simultaneously/ ± 2%

•Capping system – puts 20 caps simultaneously

•Labeling system – puts 20 labels

•Sensor system - Printer / HP technology / date; batch; hour     5 pieces inkjet heads. 

•Unloading system – transfers 20 containers in a crate

•Service trays – 7 pieces.

•Lift system to move the service trays

•El. board

•Color touch-screen display /160х90mm/– control and operation

The machine automatically controls the containers, the caps, the pressure and the temperature of the sticking heads.

Service staff – 2 or 3 people. The machine is loaded with empty containers and caps. At the machine outlet are provided empty crates and the full ones are taken out with the production. 

Every 7 seconds there is a crate with 20 packages ready.
