ДБ3000 – Semi-automatic machine to dose and package liquids in plastic bottles with screw and “twist” caps

The machine is intended to dose and package plastic bottles with volume between 0.25l.  and 1 l. with screw and twist caps and diameter between 60mm and 85mm. The operation is semi-automatic, and the capacity is 3000 packages per hour. The machine works on a parallel principle – it processes 12 bottles simultaneously. 

The production capacity of the dosimeter is 3 000 packages per hour.

It has the following modules:

• Dosing module (it has a transport tray, removable insert, pump, dosimeter with 12 valves);

• Cap placing

• Twisting module – simultaneously closing the entire group of 12 bottles

• Unloading module (packer), which places the dosed and closed bottles at the conveyor belt.  

• Transport tray with removable insert for different types of bottles – 11 pieces;

• Control, settings and machine control – colour touch-screen display

The machine is suitable to package different types of liquids: milk, ayryan/buttermilk, boza, ice tea, juices, mineral water, etc.
